Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Rwandan Francs (RWF) or USD based on your location and include applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice
• Product images are for illustration purposes; slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings
• We make every effort to ensure product descriptions are accurate

Orders & Payment

• An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed
• We accept MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Visa, and Mastercard
• If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a full refund or alternative

Delivery

• Standard delivery within Kigali:   business days
• Delivery to other locations in Rwanda: 1-3 business days
• Delivery fees vary based on location and will be shown at checkout
• You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched

Returns & Exchanges

• We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
• Lingerie and intimates are final sale for hygiene reasons, unless defective

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
