How do I place an order? Add items to your cart, review in the cart page, and click Checkout. Fill in your details and choose a payment method.
Can I change or cancel my order? Yes, as long as it hasn’t shipped. Contact us as soon as possible.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept? We accept mobile money, bank transfer, and major cards at checkout.
Is it safe to pay on the site? Yes. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. We do not store your card details.
Sizing
How do I know my size? Each product page has a size guide. If you’re between sizes or unsure, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll help.
