We want you to love what you buy. If something isn’t right, here’s how we make it right.

Return Window

You can return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Items

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, bodysuits and swimwear cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us via our contact page or WhatsApp within the return window.
  2. We’ll confirm the return and send you instructions.
  3. Ship the item back (or drop off if you’re in Kigali).
  4. We’ll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size or color? Let us know and we’ll arrange an exchange subject to availability.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll cover return shipping and replace or refund in full.
