Return Window
You can return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.
Condition of Items
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear, bodysuits and swimwear cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us via our contact page or WhatsApp within the return window.
- We’ll confirm the return and send you instructions.
- Ship the item back (or drop off if you’re in Kigali).
- We’ll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size or color? Let us know and we’ll arrange an exchange subject to availability.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll cover return shipping and replace or refund in full.
