Where We Ship

We currently ship across Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya and globally.

Processing Time

Orders are shipped same day or within 1 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

Kigali: same day delivery for orders placed before 4PM, next day for others.
Other cities in Rwanda: 2 business days.
Regional : 2-4 business days.
International : 7-14 business days.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Free delivery may apply to orders above a certain value — details are shown at checkout when applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a notification with tracking details and a WhatsApp update from our team.

Failed Deliveries

If our courier is unable to reach you after reasonable attempts, your order will be returned to us. A re-delivery fee may apply to resend.
